How quickly will you respond?
Our general aim is to respond within one business day. More complex commercial or multi-service enquiries may take a little longer if we need to review photographs, site information or availability before giving you a useful answer.
Do I need a site visit before receiving a quotation?
Not always. Many straightforward enquiries can be assessed initially from the postcode, description, measurements and photographs. Larger, unusual or commercial requirements may benefit from a site visit before we confirm the scope and quotation.
Can I send photographs?
Yes. WhatsApp is the easiest way to send photographs alongside your postcode and a short explanation of what you need.
Can I ask about more than one service?
